LNW - IP Resignalling Project
The first thing that made the product attractive to the project was the distance required between posts, 6 metres, which reduces the amount of excavations required considerably, in turn reducing the risk of striking buried services and speedy installation compared to traditional elevated route.
There seems to be a fitting that can deal with every eventuality. We have not come across any structures or obstacles that cannot be worked around.
All brackets are very easy to install requiring only an allen key and adjustable spanner and are made of quality products that seem as if they will stand the tests of time.
The ease with which the trough units fit to the brackets, by sliding together, provides a neat finish and allows for a large number to be installed each shift. If cuts are required, a small grinder produces a great finish.
As the product is quite innovative and a break from the traditional elevated route systems, it was a worry that our client may not buy into the product. With the help of Scott Parnell and their on site demonstrations we were able to gain client acceptance and they are extremely pleased with the outcome.
As a supplier Scott Parnell has been second to none. All deliveries are on time and the turnaround time from order to receipt of goods is minimal, even last minute orders.
Customer service is exceptional. If I pick up the phone or email a query, I know that it will be dealt with immediately and not get pushed to the back of the queue.
