Scott Parnell appoints Steve Holroyd as Northern Regional DirectorCivils and drainage supplier Scott Parnell has appointed Steve Holroyd to the new role of Northern Regional Director at the company.

Steve, who has a wealth of experience working for competitor businesses, will be responsible for generating and securing business in the region, and developing sales strategy.
