Scott Parnell shortlisted for industry awards

Organised by Builders Merchant Journal, the awards aim to celebrate the UK merchanting industry and highlight the businesses, brands and people that make the sector so successful.

Company co-founder Steve Parnell and employee Debbie Fitzgerald are both up for accolades having been shortlisted in the Best Customer Service and Best Sales Representative awards respectively.

Steve, who is Managing Director at the independently run company, opened the business with partner Dave Scott just six years ago. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, building an enviable reputation for both customer service and innovation.

Debbie has worked at Scott Parnell since the doors opened in 2012 covering the Witham, Romford and Milton Keynes depots. She is renowned for her knowledge, trade expertise and professional approach.

Both Steve and Debbie are up against a number of other shortlisted finalists, all of whom have been nominated by those working in the industry. The eventual winners of the awards will be decided by public vote.

The winners will be announced on Friday 17^th May during a celebrity-hosted lunch at The Brewery in Chiswell Street, London.
