Customer BCM Construction
Job – Tunbridge Project
Problem – Installation of Arco Size 1 trough throughout the project – circa 1000m. The standard wall fixed brackets were too wide for the job as they protruded too far towards the track causing issues with the gauge and clearances which could potentially interfere with passing trains.
Solution – We were receptive to the problem and unlike other suppliers, worked to make a smaller, bespoke bracket, reducing the width and allowing for peace of mind to BCM and Network Rail. We provided drawings and samples within two weeks of the problem being raised. We went to site and surveyed the site and liaised with BCM on the best method and route for installation. We also went to the design house responsible for the project with a sample and talked through what we were offering, highlighting the level of service Scott Parnell Ltd offer to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
